Everything PebbleSEO does
A permanent Search Console archive, with the tracking and reporting built on top of it.
The archive
Permanent retention. Import a month, keep it forever. Google's 16 months stop being your limit.
Query, page and daily detail. Clicks, impressions, CTR and position for every query and every page, plus site wide daily totals.
Impression weighted average position, matching Google's own method.
A two day freshness rule. Nothing newer than two days ago is shown or imported, because Google's own most recent days are incomplete and will change under you.
Coverage at a glance. A strip of month chips per property: green where you hold query data, amber where you have daily totals only, outlined where there is a gap.
Tracking
Tracked keywords, separate from the archive. The archive holds everything; the tracked list is the handful you actually watch. A keyword becomes tracked when you star it, add it by hand, or put it in a group.
Groups, many to many, with colours. A keyword can sit in as many as it needs.
Advanced filters on groups and keywords, include and exclude.
Four summary cards for clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, each clickable into an enlarged chart scoped to whatever you have filtered.
Position buckets showing how many keywords sit in position 1, 2 to 3, 4 to 10, 11 to 30, 31 to 100 and beyond, and how that shifts month to month.
Charts and reporting
A combined performance chart in the style of Search Console, with each metric on its own scale so all four are readable at once, and position plotted inverted because lower is better.
Annotations. Add a dated note and it draws as a coloured line on every chart, so a migration, a redesign or an algorithm update sits next to the data it explains. Notes can be scoped to specific keywords, and there is a page listing all of them.
Date ranges from 7 days to all time, including a preset that covers only complete calendar months, because a range ending today includes a part finished month and drags every total down.
CSV and PNG export on every table and chart.
Sources beyond Google
Bing Webmaster Tools. Daily clicks and impressions imported from Bing's own CSV export, shown alongside Google.
Bing AI grounding queries. The conversational queries Bing's AI actually used, with intent, topic and citation share, plus a diagram showing how much they overlap with your Google queries. On the demo data, only 167 of 3,088 Bing grounding queries appear anywhere in Google's archive, which tells you these are two different demand signals.
OtterlyAI, with your own API key. AI citations by engine and by day, and the prompts your brand appears in.
Semrush, with your own API key. Volume, CPC, difficulty and intent for tracked keywords, with the API unit cost shown and confirmed before anything is spent.
A data source column so you always know whether a row came from Google, Bing, OtterlyAI or your own hand.
